Coaching Services and Fees
How Does It Work?
I provide one to one, confidential coaching services:
- In person
- By telephone
- By email
All 3 of these methods work very well individually or in combination and have their own advantages and disadvantages. Telephone coaching is generally the most popular way of working and this is how we would start our relationship, however it is entirely your choice what form of communiction you would prefer to use later on and you are most welcome to try a combination of approaches in order to find what you prefer.
Simply start the process by calling or emailing me to arrange a time for a free initial consultation.
I can then talk to you about the principles of coaching, set the ground rules for the coaching process, and then begin with some examples of coaching to help you decide whether coaching is for you.
Once you have decided that you would like to proceed with coaching with me, then it is time to choose a coaching package that suits your particular needs.
Example coaching packages:
- Pay as you go 60 minute sessions
- on a week to week basis, by telephone or in person and this includes a small amount of additional email correspondence when required.
- 60 minute sessions booked in advance
- as a package of 6 or 8 sessions agreed at or just after the initial free consultation.
How often we have coaching sessions will be largely up to you, but I would recommend fortnightly as in my experience this continues the momentum and allows time for any work or actions to be completed by you before the next session. Any longer than 3 weeks can sometimes allow the focus to fade a little, but it will be your decision and can be flexible so as to meet your needs.
- Pay as you go sessions: £50 per session.
- Advance booking sessions: £45 per session.
I require payment after each session by any of the following methods:
- Bank transfer
24 hrs notice is usually required if you cannot make an appointment, however life does get in the way sometimes so I am flexible on re-arranging appointments with you.
I will always endeavour to give you the same consideration in the unlikely event that this happens to me.
